NÔM is more than a restaurant; it’s a living celebration of Vietnamese culinary heritage, a place where food, culture, and community unite. NÔM is a tribute to the ancient Vietnamese script, Chữ Nôm – a logographic writing system once used to record the Vietnamese language. Just as this script was created to preserve Vietnam’s unique linguistic identity and historical records, NÔM embraces the spirit of cultural preservation and evolution. Our restaurant is a tribute to Vietnam’s enduring story of cultural independence – from the whispers of its ancient heritage to the vibrant rhythms of modern Vietnam today.
