Giordano began marketing casual clothing under its brand in Hong Kong since 1981. Nowadays, it is one of the most popular retailers in Asia Pacific, which employs more than 10,000 staff and operates more than 1,398 shops in 26 territories (updated to 31 Mar 04), namely, Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Aruba, Australia, Bahrain, Brunei, Dubai, Indonesia, Jordan, Korea, Mainland China, Macau, Malaysia, Myanmar, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Sharjah, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand. Currently, retail sales turnover is approximately US$400m. The nature of Giordano business is to sell and distribute casual apparels and accessories under the brand names "Giordano", "Giordano Ladies", "Giordano Junior" and "Bluestar Exchange". Giordano Group also carries on apparel manufacturing operations, which support the Group's retailing business and supply products to third parties. Currently, with the strong development of the fashion industry, Gior Fashion Co., Ltd. has expanded the market and bring famous fashion brands to Vietnam such as : Timberlands, The North Face, Kipling, Keds
